In the case that a service provider understands what their consumers’ needs, then they
need to focus more on what their consumers need. Therefore, there is a need for BMW to use
data analytics to identify what their consumers need and how best they can be retained as their
chief clientele. Data analytics plays a critical role in fixing issues and developing suitable
frameworks that BMW can use to succeed (Jun et al.,2016).
