In the study of human behaviors, organizational leaders must understand concepts such as values,attitudes, perceptions, and behaviors of people. The objective is to align their thoughts, emotions,and competencies with organizational success. We often ask why people do things the way they door behave in a certain way. Research these attributes and provide references.Address the following questions:1.How are values formed?
