Kevin Pintauro February 24, 2007 Refection Paper This recent incident has taught me many things. I have learned that my responsibilities extend further than to just myself. The moment that I allow others I to my home, (room) I am liable for whatever they do. I exercised poor judgment when I carelessly tolerated disruptive and illegal behaviors from others; and myself. I understand why these rules are in place and why they are necessary. Though not everybody make act irresponsible when choosing to indulge in such activities, there will always be those that do and these rules are in place for our protection. I openly and knowingly disobeyed these rules that are in place and did not take them seriously violated Creighton’s Code of Conduct. Should I ever find myself in a similar situation, I will prevent the situation from escalating further by stopping myself and others around me from breaking any rules because that is what is expected from us as Creighton students in the Creighton family. I have had experiences in the past when I was in situations where alcohol was
