To be successful in 2012, Colorado’s restaurant operators must find a way to connect with today’s consumer and provide the food, service, and social oasis that evokes the positive feelings that they have about the restaurant industry. Indeed, most are already doing it as 88% of adults report they enjoy going to restaurants, according to research by the National Restaurant Association. Repeat customers have always been important to the long-term success of restaurants.
