Hilpert 2 Description of Data: In Table 1 the expected pAMP with LB only had growth and did not glow. The expected pAMP with LB/AMP had growth and did not glow. The expected pAMP with LB/KAN had no growth and did not glow. The expected pAMP with LB/AMP-ARA had growth and did not glow. The expected pKAN with LB only had growth and did not glow. The expected pKAN with LB/AMP had no growth and did not glow. The expected pKAN with LB/KAN had growth and did not glow. The expected pKAN with LB/AMP-ARA had no growth and did not glow. The expected pGLO with LB only had growth and did not glow. The expected pGLO with LB/AMP had growth but did not glow. The expected pGLO with LB/KAN had no growth and did not glow. The expected pGLO with LB/AMP-ARA had growth and did glow. From the results of the unknown and using the expected values, it was concluded that the unknown was pKAN. In Table 2 lambda #1 was 23130 bps long and its relative mobility was 2.10 cm. Lambda #2 was 9416 bps long and its relative mobility was 2.40 cm. Lambda #3 was 6557 bps long and its relative mobility was 2.70 cm. Lambda #4 was 4361 bps long and its relative mobility was 3.00 cm. Lambda #5 was 2322 bps long and its relative mobility was 3.70 cm. Lambda #6 was 2027 bps long and its relative mobility was 3.90 cm. Lambda #7 was 564 bps long and its relative mobility was 5.80 cm.
