I did push ups 10 mins Very tiring Sit ups 10 ,mins Very tiring as well Jogging 20 mins Nice day to run went swiming 20 mins It was kind of cold but i did it for the leg and arm workout pull ups 5 mins Pretty easy cause it wasn't for too long curls 15 mins This was very long so i was tired after rode my bike 20 mins Went around the neighborhood and had fun went swimming 10 mins Got boring so i wasn't in for long haha sit ups 10 mins Had to work out my back cause it hurt push ups 10 mins To be honest this workout helped me sleep better jogging 20 mins It was nice and cold so i went for a run pull ups 10 mins Worked out on my muscles jogging 15 mins It was nice on friday swimming 15 mins It was a bit cold so i stayed in the hot tub. push ups 10 mins tiring.
