Rhetoric: It is the use of language and images to be persuasive. Its how companies can persuade us to buy things. Rhetorical Situation: Is waiting for the right time to get the best result to a situation, for example: things that are expected to happen every day could fit this category. Exigence: This is the type of writing that evokes a response. It is usually something that is a problem and needs a response to it in order for something to be right. This must be understood, because it helps the audience understand the rhetoric involved. Audience: Whether intentional, or unintentional, the audience will see it. Even if they are not being targeted, they should be able to understand the rhetoric. Likewise, the wrong audience will not be able to address the rhetoric.
