Patient name:Brain Foster (B.F), Age: 58, Gender: male, Ethnicity:CaucasianCC: "I have been having some troubling chest pain in my chest now and then for the past month."HPI:B.F is a 58-year old Caucasian male who visited the clinic with chief complain of chest pain. He reported that the chest pain started appearing in the past month and mainly is in the center of his chest. The pain does not radiate and the client denied neck pain, jaw pain, shoulder pain, and arm pain. B.F reports that had 3 pain episodes in the past month and each pain episode lasted for several minutes. He describes the pain as tight and uncomfortable making him have a feeling of heartburn. Also, the client reports a 5 out of 10 pain on a scale of 0-10 when the pain started but at the time of the interview it was0. The pain occurred with yard work and taking stairs and is worsened by activity. B.H reports that the pain is relieved by rest.
