Unformatted text preview: Brian Freedman CS105 Scenario Paper- Situation One My own personal ethical theory is very closely associated with act utilitarianism whereby, whenever I am in any situation where I need to make an ethical decision I take the whichever choice that will bring the most good to the most people. I think this is the best because it brings the most good to the most people. Some may argue against its effectiveness and whether or not it is a theory that does indeed will result in the most ethical of choices. The most commonly cited example is that the outcome can be easily affected by the calculations and what we included in them. For example environmental prices or events can be something that one person would put more value on then another.
