Kazakhstan Election Process Manual In aims to elect a suitable president in a democratic fashion, the “election points” system shall be introduced. This is system will assign every citizen of Kazakhstan over the age of 16 (16 included) with a point-based grade that will determine how “valuable” said person’s vote is. The most valuable voters will have a vote weighing 1.5 points, with the least valuable voters having a vote weight of 0.5 points. A citizen starts out with 1.0 points at 16. A citizen’s vote will increase or decrease automatically over time depending on his/her everyday life. The factors will be further explained in the following paragraph(s). A highly advanced A.I. system will be overlooking the elections points system through. Maintaining a good GPA in high school/university, participating in sports competitions, Olympiads, extra-curricular activities, volunteering, charity, living a healthy lifestyle, above average work experience will all attribute to the gradual increase of a citizen’s election points.
