(4 points) For the time vector t defined above, what are: a) t (2), and b) t (5)? Write the numeric answer. a) 0.1 b) 0.4 c) Bonus : (3 points) Write the single Matlab command to plot the first 10 elements of the time vector t . ± plot( t (1:10)) 3. (5 points) Given a dynamic model x k +1 = f ( x k ), for k = 1 , 2 , ... , and a start value x 1 , define what the orbit starting from x i is for this model, using words and equations as necessary. An orbit is the vector ( x 1 , x 2 , x 3 , ... ) created by using the model. 4. (5 points) Given a dynamic model x k +1 = f ( x k ), define what a fixed point (also known as an equilibrium point ) is, using words and equations as necessary.
