Bio for Kathy Floyd Kathy Floyd has been the Executive Director of the Stock Market Game brought to you by the SIFMA Foundation for Investor Education since November 1, 2004. Ms. Floyd believes in the mission of The Stock Market Game, a comprehensive, engaging, real world program that advances student academic achievement in the core disciplines and enhances understanding of investment concepts among learners of all ages. Previously, as Director of Baltimore Academies, for Baltimore City Public Schools for 15 years, she directed many high school level programs. Ms. Floyd was also instrumental in developing a number of smaller innovation high schools funded by the Gates Foundation. Interestingly, before working for Baltimore City Public Schools her experience was business not education including employment with Johnson & Johnson, Multiworld Inc., and The American Trucking Association.
