Today world this is the most recognised method of evaluating the effectiveness of training programme. Reaction Learning Behaviour Results Each of the Four Levels is explained below: 1) REACTION According to the first method teacher should make feel that training was beneficial and also know how engaged they were in the classroom or training centre. How they are reacted to the training which is very vital for you to get the useful work from the practitioner. You should need to know what Practitioner are learning from the training and who are understanding well & who need improvement by this you are going to know how successful training was and who is actively contributed and reacted to the training you can also utilize the satisfaction survey to observe the knowledge of practitioner. How did they feel about the training? What they engaged from the training? Did this style work for you? Did this Training delivers the needs to the practitioner? Would you recommend this kind of training to others? Kirkpatrick Level 1 Evaluation Activity IN 2018, United Arab Emirates (UAE) Government passed a law regarding (VAT) Tax Procedures for every commercial companies should pay the tax presented by the ministry of finance.
