The company has its headquarters in Burbank, California and many offices globally. Walt Disney Company has provided employment opportunities for more than 190,000 employees and has services in 45 countries (Sorrentino and Solsman, 2019). The key product lines include classic toys, books, magazines, apparels, home décor, stationary items and electronics. Recently, the company is venturing into video streaming services to offer their customers exclusive films and other entertainment services. The target audience for Walt Disney Company include fans of all ages and the cable channels focuses on younger and teenaged fans. Each segment of the company’s good and services help set the boundaries for business decisions that affect market share, customer satisfaction and financial performance and health.OrganizedWalt Disney Company organization structure is divisional with various directors, officers and executives that aims at meeting the company’s goals and objectives which is to satisfy the needs of customers and make good business decisions. The company organization and management is structures in divisions and categories such as product groups, geographic location and function role with directors in each segment. Disney headquarters and global parks have diversified their products by integrating new film characters into their amusement park rides leading to tourism attraction and more profits (Iger, 2019). Disney is present in almost all geographical locations in North America, Asia, Latin America, Europe and Australia. Disney consolidated financial statements shows that there is proper control and management that leads to sound business decision and financial performance and health of the company (Wahlen, Baginski and Bradshaw, 2018).
