In return, we pay our leaders the best ratesin the country and provide constant benefit updates and career advancement opportunities.Responsibilities:The warehouse supervisor is responsible for warehouse fulfillment operations including:Developing and managing staff to Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s)Weekly senior leadership team reporting on warehouse KPIsEvaluating picking & packing processes and implementing processimprovements where applicableOverall ownership of goods receipt and deliveryManaging quality standardsCoordinating and maintaining warehouse equipmentEnsuring adherence to OSHA and other applicable safety regulationsStaff and equipment budget management
