It is a certified, licensed, and certified hospital service provider located in San Francesco, California, United States. The company has acquired standardized facilities that are highly suitable for the type of hospital required in the region. ACME Hospital is in the hospital industry to offer healthcare services including outpatient services, inpatient services, diagnostic X-ray services, anatomic pathological services, operating room services, clinical laboratory services, and other health care services necessary in the California region. The Hospital employees are well trained and extensively qualified to handle the broad range of healthcare services required in the area. It functions 24 hours a day for seven days a week within the hospital's corporate culture framework to meet the needs of all of its patients. However, the hospital runs short of the demanded hospital bed capacity in the region and other essential hospital units necessary to meet the patient’s needs. The hospital has a very small gynecology and delivery unit that is always overcrowded and does not significantly satisfy the community's condition. In response to this challenger, the hospital plans to acquire a nearby 65-
