Oneconcern is the instability of her mental health (Walden University, n.d.). The other matters thatthe interdisciplinary team should focus on are the health of her child that has not been deliveredyet, and her chronic medical problems (Walden University, n.d.). In addition, it is necessary thatthe group provides intervention for issues that may surface while in their care.As a means of intervention to combat Paula’s challenges, a task group would be effectivein helping her to improve her quality of life (Toseland & Rivas, 2017).
