The negative side of technology in the workplace: Co-workers get less time together The introduction of technology in the workplace sometimes poses difficult challenges for supervisors, and often the manager-employee relations suffer. With the use of technology it brings in more distractions Employees can use the internet for entertainment and other sources rather than for work - skills/Work2.htm Technology in the workplace allows for a growth in the company that before it was harder to do. Being able to communicate anywhere and at any time has made it easy for the expansion of business It has made communication easier between employees and managers, and even between the clients. It had made easier to recruit people to hire eliminating time in the process by using the internet It makes the work more efficient cutting work time, work space, paper and costs connecting to these things.
