2Students in college or university education face a wide range of stress-related toeducation demands, which we refer to as academic-related stress, such as pressure toachieve high marks and concerns about receiving low grades. Stress is a feeling ofphysical anxiety or emotion. Stress is your body's reaction to a challenge or demand(MedlinePlus). When a student is stressed or pressured, it takes over their focus duringlectures or studying. It can even cause students to drop out of school or classes.Stress is an unavoidable part of our daily lives; it's a very negative impact onstudents' physical health, emotional wellbeing, and academic success. Not only collegestudents are experiencing stress, but also students in many different ranges of ages.Students can experience stress related to changes in their lifestyle, increased workload,new responsibilities, and interpersonal relationships. College students who experiencedstressful life events reported worse health outcomes and reduced their quality of life(NYU). Since college students have way too much workload, it causes them to beoverwhelmed and barely balance their lifestyle healthily. According to NYU.edu, one ofthe critical facts stated, "In 10 college students report having felt so stressed theycouldn't get their work done on one or more occasions." This means that when studentsfeel buried under their workload, they won't get anything done, and everything they'velearned during lectures will be useless.Besides, overwhelming workloads are not the only reason students are stressedor under pressure in college. Financial problems make everything more stressful andmore challenging than it seems. Students are worried about the money they are putting
3into the school, but having the same academic results years after years. In the middle offinancial stress, often a student decides to drop out of school. Even though this is asolution for the short term, but it causes a long term problem. Quitting schools ordropping out of college means that there will be no more opportunities for students to
