T he f irst is “syst emic .” A syst emic c ommunic at ion problem is a problem wit h t he mec hanic s of t he ordered series of event s. T he f irst problem desc ribed in t he Int r oduc t ion page t his week is a syst emic problem—t here are t oo many ways of c ommunic at ing, and t hey are not int egrat ed wit h eac h ot her or c learly out line t o t hose who are expec t ing t o use t hem.
