He walked down the street with a du rag that was knotted at the end in the back. He wore a reddish orange jacket that had crystal sparkling like the sun itself, the coat was encrusted with his initials above the collar. The pants that this man wore matched his sparkling jacket. He moved down the street with grace and he was as smooth as honey from a beehive. When the kids seen him walk down the street they would say “look at this pimp, he is ready to corral his prostitutes. He walked down the street with a cane in his hands that had diamonds all around. Every time his foot hit the floor you could hear the shoe lace scrape the edge of the cement on the sidewalk it sounded like a repeated sharpening of a knife. As he got to Crenshaw Boulevard he slowed his walk and went into the mini-mart called “The Liquor Bank” he walked into the store and requested a pack of gum. Once he received the gum he continued on his original activity which was to meet one of his prostitutes at a local hotel. He passed by many people waiving and shouting out rhyming
