The most important thing here to be noted is the touch of the management is with the cardiovascular system. It is recommended that the management of the total system is coincided in a perfectly clinical manner. For that, PRISMA (2010) says there is the need of the licensed nurses and there is also the need of the perfectly balanced clinical setup, since the well being of the patients is here the foremost requirement. The management of the nurse and the proper training here is the needful that can support the nurses to keep the patient healthy and fit. The work of a doctor is to provide the right treatment, whereas the duty of a manager is to support the doctor with the arrangements and the scope of fitness for the patient. Schueler (2010) even supports the same. Managing the circulation system Hypertension is a dangerous disease that weakens the heart and even breaks down the process of pumping the blood to and from the heart. In other words, the blood circulation and the fluctuation of that is a direct resultant of the disease.
