Q’s paedophilic tendencies started after his first encounter with child pornography in 2000.
From 2017 to 2019, he
posted child pornographic materials in Facebook as he feels that this
would be accepted by society nowadays. The level of his involvement in posting child
pornographic material was such that it caught the attention of the United States Federal
Bureau of Investigation (“FBI”), who in turn informed the Malaysian Police. Even worse, it
was found out that Q is also
distributing pornography content online among his “loyal
customers”.
Discuss the possible action(s) that can be taken against Q under the Communication and
Multimedia Act 1998 and/or the Penal Code.

What is/are the right(s) available for data subject under the Personal Data Protection Act
2010?
