Describe the steps involved in corporate strategic planning. Strategic planning is a process where an organization develops a plan to achieve the goals and objectives of the organization. According to Valacich and George (2017) corporate strategic planning is a three-step process which is as follows: Current Enterprise : In this step the organization needs to analyze their current state. Future Enterprise : In this step of corporate strategic planning, the organization have to envision their desired future state. Strategic Planning : In this step the organization have to make a detailed plan to achieve the desired future state of the organization. (Schneider Christoph, Fuller A. Mark, Valacich S.
