Bias: I believe that he is Bias towards the half of the committee voting for English, he even states in his article that he does not have any knowledge in the other two languages of Arabic and Sanskrit. Why: He decided to write this to try to persuade the other half of the committee to change their vote to English rather than Arabic or Sanskrit. The audience is that of the half of the committee that is voting to establish the teaching language as Arabic and Sanskrit rather than keeping it as English. He wants his audience to conclude that English is the better choice for teaching language. He in the end wants his audience to change their vote his way to vote English for the primary teaching language....
