CREATE AN INNOVATION2Create an Innovation Problem statementCreativity and innovation help a corporation solve the internal and external challenges that influence the organization's success and productivity. I would base my innovative concept onchanging my organization's structure while reviewing my organization's internal procedures. Theindustry in which I am interested in the goal of creativity is the Pepsi company. It is an Ameri-can-based international corporation that predominantly produces non-alcoholic beverages. With dramatic technical advances, Pepsi Corporation is currently facing a daunting and evolving ex-ternal climate, and rising customer preferences are increasing in terms of CSR. While Pepsi ac-quires related assets and technologies, converting them into product production is essential. Be-sides, Pepsi must improve its position as an industry leader in technology and sustainability through product differentiation initiatives. Finally, contrary to its biggest rival Coca-Cola, which manufactures abroad, Pepsi has exerted high manufacturing costs, so the implementation of cost control techniques may also be advantageous to the Pepsi Business (Štofová, L., & Kopčáková, 2020). The organization must supply high-quality goods that satisfy its clients' needs worldwide to accomplish its objectives. The challenges concerning Pepsi can be resolved by incorporating creativity to enable the business to achieve its objectives. The organization will not perform suc-cessfully in the consumer landscape and grow its industry internationally without innovation (Rahman & Kumar, 2016). I recommend that innovations be launched to enable the business to manufacture quality products, improve sales, and achieve a competitive edge in the global mar-ket.Innovation
CREATE AN INNOVATION3There have been numerous developments in the corporate world as globalization and technology have evolved, and now the process of creativity has become more critical. The com-pany may have to continually develop fresh and creative ways for the company to be recognized as a rival. If not, the entity may slip behind and could risk its clients or stakeholders. If there is no improvement inside a company, there will be no imagination or space for change. It is under-stood that there will be a much greater incentive for those who introduce transition to handle the eventual change. There is still space for new thinking and directions to better yourself in every organization.
