No. Please write your comment if any. 1 In my opinion, the period we have set for promotions is way too short. It would be easier to manage the employees if we give more salary rather than promoting them to higher positions shortly. Some of the employees may get the promotion to a management level within a short period but their behaviors are unprofessional and they don't have the mindset of a manager. We could be losing some good employees because of them. I would also like to request the Head Office to also listen to the voices of employees of the lower positions at the branches. I would like to achieve more success together with SPNM in the future. 2 The seating plan in the office is inconvenient. 3 The motorbikes are very old and very dangerous to use now. I would also like to request to change the copier machine that is breaking down around 3 days a week. 4 All employees should be given trainings on Soft and Hard Skills at least once per every year. 5 If the duties and responsibilities of the position and the compensation and benefits are in balance, there could be a better outcome from the employees. 6 In my opinion, I think that we need to team up and cooperate without discriminating on each other for the varying level of positions in this COVID19 period. 7 When the Head Office issues Directives to the branches for the work operations, a survey or a research should be conductedprior to the issuing. Those Directives should also be clear and precise. The Head Office should ensure that all the branches comply strictly with the Directives. The Head Office should also refresh the skills of the employees with trainings on "Customer Service & Personal Grooming."
