Alyssa Davis March 23 rd , 2011 Persuasive Speech Proposal My topic for the persuasive speech assignment is government budgets and spending, particularly in the area of education. I will be arguing that there needs to be more funding in the area of education, as opposed to other things. The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
