Tammie Tse AMS 311S 1 The Magic Time Machine The Magic Time Machine in San Antonio is a fun place for everyone who is willing to have some fun. In a restaurant where all the wait staff are dressed up as someone famous and are entitled to act like their character, all diners are expected to have a different experience every time they set foot into this restaurant. I decided to go experience this restaurant on a double date on a Saturday evening. On the outside, it doesn’t seem like a restaurant but rather a kid’s party place (i.e. Chucky Cheese). Walking in, I was greeted by the hostess, Daphne from Scooby Doo and was brought to retrieve my silverware and to my table. The scenery of the restaurant is filled with detail and uniqueness; every section and/or booths have their own decorative theme. There are ornate trinkets and different memorabilia all over the walls. My party was greeted by our waiter by having napkins thrown in our faces by the Mad Hatter from Alice in Wonderland. We were asked for our drink orders and when I told him I wanted water, he
