1. How can a person have plenty of food yet still be malnourished? - Not every food you eat has the vitamins and nutrients you need to eat on a daily basis. You can eat all day but still be malnourished because none of the food you ingested had vitamins and nutrients. 2. Explain why e-cigarettes are unhealthy. - While you’re still inhaling nicotine which is already bad for you, you are also ingesting a bunch of foriegn chemicals. There’s still a lot of unknown health risks that can be caused with e-cigarettes. 3. Why is secondhand smoke an environmental risk? - Even though it’s not as bad as being the one actually smoking, secondhand smoke, in adults, can still cause heart disease, lung cancer, and respiratory disease and much more. For children, it can cause frequent asthma attacks and more ear infections. 4. What health risks does consuming a lot of alcohol create? - It can cause alcoholism. Which is getting addicted to alcohol. With that, alcohol can cause health problems such as dementia, stroke, and heart disease. It also can cause types of cancer such as liver disease.
