1 AW5: Color space #1 ARCH  two.oldstyle Figure five.oldstyle: Full size color space. ARCH  one.oldstyle AWfive.oldstyle: Color Space Assignment one.oldstyle Color matching grid Assignment This exercise builds on the color palettes of the past two assignments. The origin image is a color space of an abstract watercolor transformed into sim- ple color space – figure one.oldstyle. The exercise uses as a source a regular grid translation of that color space –  figure two.oldstyle. Your assignment is to copy the grid color with watercolor. The pal- ette that you will use to mix the colors in the assignment consists of three colors: burnt sienna, yellow ochre, & ultramarine blue. Each square of the grid is eight inches and the final project is eight inches square. In each one inch square of the grid you are to closely approximate the color shown in the included handout. Prepare a sheet of 9×12" paper from your block— oriented vertically — as shown – figure three.oldstyle. Proceed as follows. 1 Rule an 8×8" grid – eight rows by eight columns composed of 1" squares. Use pencil and draw lightly. 2 Allow an 1" border on top and an ½" borders on the sides.

As a current student on this bumpy collegiate pathway, I stumbled upon Course Hero, where I can find study resources for nearly all my courses, get online help from tutors 24/7, and even share my old projects, papers, and lecture notes with other students.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
