Abstract
The DISC personality test measures a person’s behavioral and characteristics style across
different situations. For instance, how a person interacts with their colleagues, how a person
reacts when a challenge comes along, how a person influence others, or how a person responds
to procedures or rules a workplace. There are four types of style personality: dominance,
influence, supportive style, and cautious.

Introduction
There are four different styles of personality; I have taken the test and received a blend of
two types: supportive and cautious traits. In the DISC personality test, it gave descriptive words
such as being helpful, careful, committed to quality, and engaging in critical thinking. Another
description reported was that I prefer to work alone or engage in small faction groups to provide
good practice and quality.
Benefits
Being both cautious and supportive traits have its pros such as not jumping into
conclusion, analyzing sequence of events, and being helpful whenever possible. Let’s focus on C
style. For example, parents tend to talk about their kid’s diagnosis and level of competency, then
