In the DISC personality test, it gave descriptive wordssuch as being helpful, careful, committed to quality, and engaging in critical thinking. Anotherdescription reported was that I prefer to work alone or engage in small faction groups to providegood practice and quality.BenefitsBeing both cautious and supportive traits have its pros such as not jumping intoconclusion, analyzing sequence of events, and being helpful whenever possible.
