Delivered any earlier than 2 Days Prior to the expiration of the applicable time for Buyer to remove a contingency or cancel this Agreement or
meet an obligation specified in 14C(2).
D. EFFECT OF BUYER'S REMOVAL OF CONTINGENCIES: If Buyer removes, in writing, any contingency or cancellation rights, unless otherwise
specified in a separate written agreement between Buyer and Seller, Buyer shall with regard to that contingency or cancellation right conclusively
be deemed to have: (i) completed all Buyer Investigations, and review of reports and other applicable information and disclosures; (ii) elected to
