-1 Taylor Dragoo English 1213 TR 10:30 The difference between what school used to be like in high school compared to what it is like in college is a dramatic change, that most teenagers are not ready for. Unprepared teenagers are making an uneducated leap towards college that can leave many wishing maybe their had been more preparation. The truth is that most high schools are not preparing kids for the massive gap that is put in front of teens. Efforts need to be taken to further prep teens for what the road lies ahead for them. There is no secret that through out your high school career your told constantly how college from mostly teachers who graduated 30 years ago. Now, some would say nothing has changed about college and its just the same, which could possibly be true, but the principle is that what is the same? Problems that are becoming more and more common is the importance of showing up to class or studying the sufficient amount needed for school work.
