Most of us have time in which we can do things for the sole reason thatwe find pleasure in doing such activities called recreation.This course is designed to provide various recreational activities for students to ensure positive and continuous development in the skills, knowledge and attitudes towards arts, sports and games and to develop desirable social values for character building. Therefore the kind of recreation we engage is important to all of us. It becomes increasingly important as machines takeover more of our work. Man now spends fewer hours earning his living then he did fifty or one hundred years older. The trend towards shorter working hours continues.
