Jade Martin How to Relax Do you ever feel over whelmed with homework and papers, or just mentally exhausted from studying for a final exam? If you find yourself caught up in too much work, you can become exhausted and stressed out very easily. While handing in work on time and maintaining decent grades is important, your well-being is just as valuable to sustain. There is an optimum solution to this problem, just relax. It may seem like a simple concept however, one would be surprised if they knew how many people did not know how to relax. The process is fairly easy to follow, and does not take much effort at all. If you are going to relax the first objective is to set aside a specific time that will work best for you. A good time is usually in the late afternoon, or sometime after dinner. Depending on how exhausted you are and how much work you know you still have to do, is what you base your relaxation time on. There is no standard time limit so feel free to take as long as you see fit. Once you decide on how long you think you may need, you
