The costs are then compared to choose the option that would minimize cost for SWU.

Increasing game-day attendance is raising complaints. One of which is a shortage of programs at some game. With the need to fuel the stadium expansion, SWU is looking for a guaranteed revenue stream. The high-profit game programs could easily bea source. This report analyzes the better of two alternative printing options for the game program and inserts to identify which would have the minimum cost to maximize contribution to the new expansion.AssumptionsEach game day could have an attendance of 60,000 people for each of the five home games with an estimate of two out three persons buying a program. There is an estimated demand for 40,000 game programs at each game and a total of 200,000 programs for the season.There are two offers for Southwestern University: Sam Taylor of Quality Printing, a localStephenville printer, and First Printing in Ft.
