Marketing 1000C Professor Hazelton Marketing is the process of creating, distributing, promoting, and pricing goods, services and ideas, to facilitate, satisfy, exchange relationships with customers in a dynamic environment. Marketing mix- product, price, place, and promotion Product- Marketing focuses on the customers. There is a philosophy in business called " The Customer is Always Right" The customer is Always the focal point of the marketing process and activities. The Essence of marketing is to develop satisfying relationships. IF the customers are happy, marketers are happy, that is a win win. The people of the organizations target towards a specific group of customers, called the target market The product variable of the marketing mix deals with researching customer needs and wants in designing a product that satisfies them.
