Individuals have been successful in suing the press for libel & the court has recognized individual privacy rights The rights of Public school students Are not afforded the same 1 st Amendment protections as other citizens. School officials don’t need "probable cause" to search a student only “reasonable grounds” Freedom of Assembly: What can government agencies do to limit assembly? What are they not allowed to do?
