Accomplish the project goals6.Listen and understand team members issuesProject managers must have strong organizational skills to ensure the processes arerunningsmoothly and in line with specific goals. So these skills need to be multitasked oriented,prioritizing tasks, compartmentalizing projects, manage risks, achieve project goals anddocumenting all things for access and future reference.
