BibliographyAnderson, Janna, and Lee Rainie. “Many Tech Experts Say Digital Disruption Will Hurt Democracy.” Pew Research Center: Internet, Science & Tech, Pew Research Center, 28 Aug. 2020, -disruption-will-hurt-democracy/.Janna Anderson writes about worldwide digital interference on presidential elections. She also mentions how “big tech” has total power over what people can post and view while using their site. She uses a variety of graphs and statistics to prove how tech companies like Microsoft, Google, and social media platforms have influenced people’s beliefs and threatened the free speech of a democratic government. Anderson also includes the tech companies’ point of view on the issue. This article could be improved by using more specific examples of tech interferences in democratic countries.
