As the operational and finance manager I need to prepare the operational plan for the expansion taking into account all the factors. GOALS What are the goals of objective of the activity? Be specific – use the SMART goal criteria. Include your Key Performance Indicators to measure your success and outcome. Specific Prepare an operational plan for expansion of College campus to Sydney & Brisbane. Measure After all the necessary staff and materials have been obtained and the clearance for the college has been received from relevant authorities. Attainable The goal is very much attainable as the required budget is available with the college for the expansion Relevant The preparation of operational plan will fix the roles and responsibilities on everyone and will help in achieving the objectives smoothly and efficiently. Time Bound The plan should be prepared within the next 3 months so as to provide ample time for expansion of the college. Some of the KPI to measure the success of the plan are-:
