Hence, it is paramount for theschool to recruit and develop high skilled staff team in order to reach with the targetmarket for services and additionally, reduce or eliminate the risks related to failure tomeet and manage client´s expectations or failure to comply with legislation. Different skilled people is needed in the college in order to keep order on legislativematters, accountability process, education and training of students and other importanttopics for the success of the business.Workforce issues as identified in Strategic plan and that must reflect in workforceobjectives.The college has high staff turnover of trainers, this is inconvenient as the process andrelationships with students is lost, additionally all the time and resources invested ontheir training activities is no longer bringing revenue for the College.There is difficulty in finding skilled trainers and assessors, and the human resourcesdepartment should develop a strategy to attract good talent.Additionally there is a lack of leadership and management skills on existing workforce,which can lead to problems on achieving motivation and strategic objectives.Human resources policies still in their infancy, so this is confirming difficulties onrecruiting and retaining skilled staff members.Workforce objectives that are required to meet the overall strategic objectives.Develop and implement workforce plan.Develop and implement a cultural sensitivity and awareness program for staff.Implement staff performance management review system.Continually improving the quality of service given to clients.Consistently satisfy individual client needs and demands at the same time asdeveloping the knowledge and skills required by industry.Continually improving skills, knowledge and effectiveness of King Edward VII Collegethrough our commitment to training and development.
