Research workforce requirements. Using all of the information you have about King Edward V!! college and your sources of information you have identifies, make notes in relation to: The organisation´s requirements for a skilled and diverse workforce as reflected in its strategic objectives. The college needs people that compliance and help achieve the objectives, such as high performing company and provide high quality education, it is necessary to sustain excellence in training, promote innovation, embrace diversity and difference and demonstrate integrity as stated on our core values. Hence, it is paramount for the school to recruit and develop high skilled staff team in order to reach with the target market for services and additionally, reduce or eliminate the risks related to failure to meet and manage client´s expectations or failure to comply with legislation. Different skilled people is needed in the college in order to keep order on legislative matters, accountability process, education and training of students and other important topics for the success of the business. Workforce issues as identified in Strategic plan and that must reflect in workforce objectives. The college has high staff turnover of trainers, this is inconvenient as the process and relationships with students is lost, additionally all the time and resources invested on their training activities is no longer bringing revenue for the College. There is difficulty in finding skilled trainers and assessors, and the human resources department should develop a strategy to attract good talent. Additionally there is a lack of leadership and management skills on existing workforce, which can lead to problems on achieving motivation and strategic objectives. Human resources policies still in their infancy, so this is confirming difficulties on recruiting and retaining skilled staff members. Workforce objectives that are required to meet the overall strategic objectives. Develop and implement workforce plan. Develop and implement a cultural sensitivity and awareness program for staff. Implement staff performance management review system. Continually improving the quality of service given to clients. Consistently satisfy individual client needs and demands at the same time as developing the knowledge and skills required by industry. Continually improving skills, knowledge and effectiveness of King Edward VII College through our commitment to training and development.
