CULMINATING ACTIVITYYou will be designing and leading the class in a fitness workout. You can choose one of the following types of workouts: circuit (gym), 50 workout, 500 club workout, Bus workout, skipping and core workout, Group or partner workout or Strength training workout using a variety of different equipment in the fitness center, cardio interval workout or a workout of yourchoice approved by the teacher. No more than 5 groups per workout type. (CHOOSE YOUR GROUP MEMBERS WISELY!)Your culminating activity must consist of the following:You must provide a handout for your workout (50, 500, group, bus, skipping, core, strength, etc).You must conduct the warm up, explain and demonstrate each activity, motivate the class in a positive manner and do a cool down.If you are doing a circuit in the gym or the fitness center, you must have 10-12 stations and must be between 45 seconds to 90 seconds in length. You must provide a drawing ofhow you will set up the gym (layout of circuit). All stations must be numbered and with apicture of the exercise being performed.
