For the majority of men in today’s society it is desirable to present a hygienic appearance, and this necessitates shaving one’s face clean or at least keeping a beard well trimmed. An electric razor can be a handy tool to have, especially if you have a hurried morning routine and need to shave during your daily commute, but there’s really nothing like taking some time out for a thorough wet shave. It’s a sort of facial massage; a few minutes of leisure that leaves the many nerves of the face tingling and feeling invigorated. Does it make a difference what razor you shave with? We compared the Mach 3 made by Gillete with the Bic disposable, the two most commonly purchased razors on the market. The Bic disposable is a lightweight razor, due to the fact that it is composed entirely of plastic and has a hollow handle. The Mach 3 on the other hand is mostly made of metal, making it much heavier than the Bic. The heavy
