3 Introduction After evaluating and deciding a city of launch for the Minimo automobile, further research is required to determine the overall success rate of the company. To begin with I will apply the Porter’s five forces to critically analyze the competitive environment of the carsharing industry. Afterwards, I will apply the Value Chain model in order to identify SEAT’s internal value-adding activities that will result in the aid of the launch. Furthermore, I will critically evaluate the various modes of entry that are relevant to SEAT and recommend the most suitable mod of entry that will enable the product launch of the Minimo to be a success for the company. Lastly, I will provide a critical reflection to an extent in which SEAT Minimo represents an example of creating shared value (CSV) Five Forces Model When an organization desires to introduce a product or service into an unfamiliar industry, Porter’s five forces aids the organization to determine the overall attractiveness of the industry.
