The law of contract is considered binding if it constitutes thefollowing elements, offer, acceptance, intention, and consideration.Offer and acceptanceAn offer is the expression of willingness to enter into a contract to make it binding to boththe parties involved; according to(Bayern 2013), there must be an offer for the contract to be initiated,and undue influence makes the contract void.
