It is a career that doesn’t only saves lives but also provides happiness to patients and their families. In today’s world is not a secret that nurses need to do more things in a short amount of time. It is also no secret that at most workplaces there are fewer resources, nurses are working longer hours and there is staffing issue especially during this pandemic, etc. All this and more things are the perfect recipes for disaster causing burnout on the nurse. All these issues are stressful for the nurse causing in the end lower satisfaction with their jobs, how nurses interact with patients is also affected as they are extremely tired.
