Nurses are essential personnel because they are not only on their patient side, they are there to help the family members as well. Nursing is a career that is not for everyone but does that become nurses do because they love what they do. Nurses are doing more and more thing every day like taking care of more patient at a time, longer hours and less resources. All this is letting for nurses to have higher stress leading to burnout. Nurses being burnout regardless of the reason leads to lower patient satisfaction and lead to even patient dead. This study will be used to identify if when nurses do self-care activities have a less risk to burnout to those that don’t do anything for themselves and it will be done in a period of six months. This is significant to nursing as is essential to have nurses working in the right head of mind with the less stress possible to be able to take care of the patient with a better outcome. The purpose of this research is to make nurses aware of the issue and make sure they take care of themselves more often. The
