(b) Interpretation #1: This is right, rich people were in power long enough, they deserve to be poor now. Also, the poor suffered long enough that they deserve to be rich. Interpretation #2 (inconsistent with the first): This is wrong, the rich worked hard to earn that money. The poor didn’t work hard enough to earn it, therefore they don’/t deserve it.
